　先日、カナダの友達に送ったカードがもう届いたようです。
　　
　早速"Arigato"のメールが来ました。
　　Wow....today I got a big surprise in the mail!!
　　Thank you so much for your kind gift.
　　I love it...so interesting to hear the sounds.
　　So happy to be your friend.
　　You always surprise me.
　　Hope you have a great and happy New Year.

　カードの下にあるプッシュボタンを押すと、幕が上がるときのにぎやかな太鼓の音とともに
　“よっ、まってました！！”の掛け声が聞こえるのです。
　さて、なんとかそれを説明してみました。
　　Can you listen what it says?please listen carefully

　　It says "Mattemashita!"　　
　　means "Finally!!", " I have been waiting for this moment,being excited!!"or so.
　　After the curtain rises in Kabuki performance(a type of Japanese drama which follows highly-stylized form),
　　when a popular Kabuki actor appeared on the stage,
　　spectors always call "Mattemashita"to him......can you understand?

　　I also "Mattemashita" your reply....hahaha
