梅 満開
いつも通っている道なのに いつの間に・・・・
昨日のあたたかさで いっきに 咲いたのでしょうか？
いよいよ高校入試まであと12日。最後の悪あがき（？）でしっかりのりきって
全員そろって 春を迎えてほしいです。
一方、学年末試験を終えた高校生。
この前入学してきたようなのにもう大学受験準備に入ります。
ほんと、あっという間
みんな 心の中にやる気を秘めている・・・・精一杯応援したいです。

a joke read.....from Bill
きょうも スカイプで 一生懸命 先日雪が降ったこと、ひな祭りのことを 説明しました。
上手に伝えられないとき、やはり一番助けてくれるのが写真です。
Nice! Beautiful! You take great pictures :). What kind of camera do you use?
と言われて満足満足。
出突然現れた以下の文章

TRAFFIC CAMERA
My husband was driving when he saw the flash of a traffic camera.
He figured that his picture had been taken for exceeding the limit even though he knew that he was not speeding.
Just to be sure, he went around the block and passed the same spot,
driving even more slowly, but again the camera flashed.
Now he began to think that this was quite funny, so he drove even slower as he passed the area once more, but the traffic camera again flashed.
He tried a fourth and fifth time with the same results and was now laughing as the camera flashed while he rolled past at a snail's pace.
Two weeks later, he got five tickets in the mail for driving without a seat belt.
You can't fix stupid
その後のやり取りはつぎのとおり。とにかく「なんとか通じる」 とても楽しいです。

Billさんも すこしずつ 日本語を 覚えています。

野半の里のしだれ梅
寒さがゆるんだので ちょっと出かけてきました。
いつもどおり、何か日本らしい風景を写真にとってskype友達におくるのが目的です。
野半の里は温泉の地熱で暖かいので いち早く梅が咲くとのこと。
多くの人で賑わっていました。
大正雛もとても華やかでした。さて「3月3日の ひな祭り」うまく 英語で説明できるかなぁ・・・・

アリゾナからの絵葉書
今度は アメリカアリゾナ州トゥーソンからの 葉書です。
いつの日か アリゾナへも 行って見たい・・・・・
夢のような話です。でも いつかは 実現するかもしれません。
トゥーソンはメキシコの近く 砂漠のように暑くて乾燥しているそうです。
それで この おおきな サボテン！！！サボテンは英語でcactus だそうです。
なかなか覚えられません。
きょうの 雪景色の写真を お礼のメールにそえて送るつもりです。

梅
気がつくと、もう咲いていました。
県立高校入試まで あと 一ヶ月とちょっと。
最後の一頑張り。梅が散り、桜が咲く頃みんな志望校に進学できますように
