毎週楽しみにしている読売新聞の英語歳時記から。
The time when cherry trees blossom differs by region.
The "cherry blossom front" is a line connecting locations
where the blossoms bloom on the same date as the
Somei Yoshino variety.
(桜の咲く時期は地方によって違います。
桜前線は、ソメイヨシノの開花日が同じ地点を結んだ線です。）
きょう発表の予想図では、3日前より開花予想が早まっています。
もう、九州では開花したんですね。
